Provide secretarial services for Bank Chief Executive Officer. Prepare and coordinate meeting packages for Board,
Executive, Director Compliance, and Management compliance meetings. Conduct and maintain all meeting
minutes for Executive Committee (M), Management compliance (M), Director compliance (Q) and Audit Committee
(Q). Coordinate with Chairman and Board of Directors meeting schedule quarterly, updates as needed. Coordinate
documentation requests for OCC exams. Assist in designing and preparation of administrative reports, rate
summaries, deposit trend, and etc.
Staff Accountant (Full Time)

Performs Staff Accountant function, including accounts payable, transaction posting,

account reconciliation, fixed assets control, and other functions assigned by the

Accounting Manager. College degree in related field required and Accounting

major preferred. Previous experience in bank accounting or related functions is preferred.

Analyzes financial data to assess borrower’s creditworthiness, prepares loan write-up and summaries along with

recommendation to loan committees. Maintains a good working knowledge of the Bank’s lending policies and procedures.

Must be competent with significant expertise in PC application. Prefer Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or

Business. Previous working experience in consumer and commercial loan’s credit underwriting is preferred.

Previous experience of at least two full years in BSA/AML, Compliance or related work; proficient knowledge of MS products

and internet research engine; prior experience with Global Vision Patriot Officer would be a plus.

regulatory guidelines. Reviews all preliminary documents provided from attorney/title companies and lending officers to
include Title Commitment, Survey, Hazard/Flood Insurance, Deed, Settlement Statement, entity papers, as well as all attorney
prepared loan documents related to the closing. Interacts with lending officers and customers in regards to loan
documentation and loan closing requirements. Performs a pre-closing quality check of loan files prior to releasing closing

Provides customer services such as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, etc. Performs a variety of

duties in promoting and selling deposit products to new and existing customers. Able to cross sell bank’s products and

Services; assists customers in choosing appropriate type of account to open. Opens and processes all types of new

accounts. Commercial Banking experience a plus. Basic skills in personal computer operation, word processing,

typing and 10 keys skills are must. Bi-lingual (English plus Mandarin or Cantonese or Vietnamese or Spanish) would be

a plus.
