1. Visit one of our branches offering safe deposit boxes.
2. Present valid ID and complete a rental agreement.
3. Pay the key deposit and first year’s rent.
4. Receive the box key, which will be used to access your box.

• The content of your box is not insured by the bank; it’s recommended you insure high-value items independently.
• Bank liability is limited – we take ordinary care to protect the vault and your box, but under the agreement there are limits on what we are responsible for.
• Access is available during branch hours; emergencies or items needed on short notice should be kept in locations with more frequent access.
• Only authorized persons may access the box; in case of death or legal claims, we may require documentation.
